As 2021 comes to a close, we want to reflect and share our biggest successes that have made a positive impact on our Bristol clients, candidates, and team.
Here are a few highlights that made 2021 such an amazing year!
We placed incredible talent in thriving companies.
This year was full of wins, particularly in the placement department. Our executive recruiters have met and placed inspiring leaders in a variety of industries and verticals. Noteworthy placements include:
- President and CEO for an entertainment and gaming organization
- Chief Executive Officer for a worldwide distributor of premium quality food products
- Chief Financial Officer for a privately held, multi-property casino organization
- Vice President of Software Engineering for a global provider in the iGaming sector
- General Manager for a distinguished NFL Stadium
- Director of Operations for an eclectic restaurant group
- Medical Director for family-centered health facilities
We recruited (internally)!
2021 was one of our busiest years yet. With the job market ramping up, we have grown our team with a couple of key additions to lend a helping hand with providing the best quality of service for our clients.
We upgraded our technologies and systems.
Each year, we develop and implement better ways to connect our clients with relevant executive candidates. In 2021, we streamlined our Employer Inquiry Forms, Candidate Submission Forms, and Job Board. We also have an upgraded website coming soon – just in time to commemorate our firm’s 55th Anniversary!
We were featured in several media outlets.
We have continued to share our business’ journey and provide recruiting insights that are beneficial for employers and job seekers alike. Some major outlets include My Gaming & Leisure, Thrive Global, and SHRM.
We accomplished this all remotely!
Our team has been working from home full-time since the start of the pandemic. Not only has this helped our team save time and energy from the daily commute but it has also boosted our productivity levels to even greater heights!
